Here are some pics of Ryan Bercegeay's Easy on/ Easy off bolts for trolling motors. These are 1" stainless bolts that are fine threaded and have a 3/8" hole in the center (fine threaded) with allen head bolts to hold down the trolling motor. The 1" was installed with a rubber gasket and a Teflon lock nut. Note: Stay inside the rough area around where the trolling motor mounts, you don't want to get near the outside (smooth part) as this part of the boat is not thick enough to handle the stress of these bolts being tightened down.
